Soul365 started in 2013 as CrossFit Mode in a tiny garage gym on Gilbert Street.
Word spread of what an awesome gym it was, and we very quickly outgrew that little garage! Cut to our fitness mecca on Elizabeth Street, where we’ve continued to grow and evolve since 2015.
In 2019, we had a little facelift and became Soul365, expanding our scheduling to offer more variety with dedicated Endurance classes and more flexibility with our Strength & Conditioning programming
While we’ve been through a few changes over the years, two things have stayed the same: our commitment to providing the most knowledgeable and experienced coaches; and our emphasis on fostering a supportive community in which everyone feels welcome….
So drop in and say hi!
Head Coach Adam has more than 10 years’ experience training, competing, coaching and programming various modalities of functional fitness and strength training. He first came across CrossFit training in 2012 and found it ticked a lot of boxes that complemented his military background.

As one of Australia’s greatest exports, Soul is thrilled to have caught Monica on her retum home from a wild adventure in the UK.
As well as being a coach at WIT Fitness in London, she’s undertaken a specialised gymnastics course through Invictus in the US and comes to us brimming with knowledge on everything from kipping to flipping. Not to mention, if you’ve ever seen her get under a barbell, you’ll know she’s as well-rounded a coach as they come.
Avalon started training CrossFit in 2015 while living in Tokyo and struggling with finding a healthy lifestyle balance in a new country. Living in Japan was a challenge for a multitude of reasons, but finding a sense of belonging was high on the list. When she joined CrossFit Roppongi, she found new friends in a foreign place, reignited her passion for exercise and got her on the way to better health.
It was only a year later after returning to Adelaide that she dived into her Fitness Certificates, closely followed by her CF-L1.
Max started his sporting journey by training and competing in Judo as a young boy. Following an active childhood, we fast forward to 2013, when he found CrossFit and started to train, compete and then later coach at his gym in Poland. Max’s love for the sport ran deep from the beginning.
A few years later, he moved to London where he became passionate about—and heavily involved in—Olympic Weightlifting. As a competitor and coach, Max created a successful weightlifting club in his gym, where he had a great six years living and breathing Olympic weightlifting.
