Learn to Lift at SOUL
Cleans, jerks and snatches can be daunting if you’ve never done them before. That’s why we
offer introductory Fundamentals classes for people new to weightlifting, so they can learn the
movements and terminology, and feel more comfortable before joining classes.
The Fundamentals program consists of three small group sessions with a coach to get you
primed at your own pace. You will learn everything from a proper grip on the barbell, to the key
positions in each movement, and how to move safely and confidently, eventually adding more
weight and moving more quickly around the bar.
