BUILD is the most recent addition to Soul’s program line-up, running four days a week. With a focus on building strength and stability across upper, lower and core, BUILD is perfect to take part in on its own, or to complement your other training.

You can expect to develop strength that will support your Olympic lifting, or to balance out your Sweaty classes by promoting osteo health. One thing is guaranteed – you’ll have loads of fun while your muscles burn!
