Endurance Classes in Adelaide
Ditch the heavy stuff and get ready to pace yourself; our Endurance classes run Saturdays and Sundays for anyone who just wants to move and get sweaty. With the occasional light kettlebell or dumbbell thrown in, for the most part you'll be powering through the C2s, pounding the pavement and pushing your bodyweight.
